NOTICE
Grave Decorations
During the mowing season, grave decorations that are not affixed to monuments will be removed approximately 2 weeks after each holiday. This includes but is not limited to plant hooks, solar lights, plastic flowers, etc. An item located next to a head/footstone prevents the mowers from mowing over the stone, leads to weed whacking, & creates extra work. If there are decorations you would like to keep, please pick them up a week after the holiday.
In the off season, grave decorations that are not affixed to monuments will be removed approximately 1 month after each holiday. This includes but is not limited to plant hooks, solar lights, plastic flowers, etc.
Grafton Township maintains the Belden Cemetery on State Route 303 between Route 83 and Island Road, Nesbett Cemetery on State Route 57 between Mennell and State Route 83, and the Nicholes Aldrich Cemetery on State Route 303 between Vermont and Chamberlain. Clicking on these cemetery links will take you to the burial records associated with the cemetery selected.
If the deceased is a township resident, the use of the Town Hall for a luncheon is available at no charge. Contact Bob Richards at 440-387-2498 to make arrangements.
